Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimientos peppers, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with a mixer at medium speed until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
