Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds whole mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Toss mushrooms in oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake until mushrooms are tender, normally about 20 minutes.

  5. Stir mushrooms half way through cooking time.
