  • 4 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped or minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 tbsp. roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander


  1. Scoop the avocados into a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. Add in the remaining ingredients and mash until you reach the desired consistency.
