Drizzle-icious Infused Oil

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bottle olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, slightly crushed
  • 3 dried red chile peppers
  • Zest of 1 orange, removed with a vegetable peeler
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. multicolor peppercorns

Directions

  1. Pour out 3 tbsp. of the oil and stuff the other ingredients into the bottle. Seal and refrigerate for a min of 2 days before using. Always keep refrigerated to avoid spoilage by the garlic.

  2. This will keep, tightly capped, for up to a month.
