Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. white peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp. black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground fennel
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions

  1. Grind ingredients together. Use 1 tbsp. for 4 servings of meat. Rub steak up to 6 hours in advance of grilling, pork ribs up to 1 day in advance, and chicken up to 6 hours in advance.
