Ingredients

  • 1 handful parsley leaves
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Place parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice and oil in a food processor; pulse to a paste. Use 1 recipe for 4 servings of meat. Use to marinate lamb up to 1 day in advance of grilling.
