  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp tabasco
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon
  • 1/4 tbsp. runny honey
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced and skewered

  1. Slice the pork tenderloin against the grain of the meat into strips 1/4 inch thick and about 4-6 inches long. Lay the strips flat on a board, side by side. Thread onto 3 parallel skewers.

  2. Combine garlic, Worcestershire, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, tabasco, vinegar, paprika, mustards and honey. Set aside 1/3 cup of the glaze. Spread remaining glaze over both sides of the pork skewers.

  3. Grill over medium-hot coals until pork is opaque but still juicy, 3 minutes per side. Serve hot with the remaining glaze.
