Miso-Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 tbsp. white miso
  • 1 large pasteurized egg yolk
  • 3 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Pulse vinegar, oils, miso, egg and garlic in a food processor until smooth, about 10 times. Stir in chives. Serve immediately.
