Jalapeno Popper-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 8 slices crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • About 25 large white mushrooms caps

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese with cheddar, bacon, garlic and jalapeno. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 400 until browned, 20 minutes.
