Flying Fish

Ingredients

  • Flying Fish
  • Lemon
  • salt
  • seasoning
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • eggs- 1 egg = 6 fish

Directions

  1. Rub fish with lemon and salt and leave for 1 hour and then rinse off.

  2. Put seasoning in all the slits of the fish.

  3. Heat oil in frying pan till hot enough. Put cloves in oil.

  4. Mix flour and bread crumbs.

  5. Beat eggs.

  6. Put fish i flour and bread crumbs, then egg and then flour and bread crumbs again.

  7. Fry a minute on each side.

  8. Blot on paper towel.

  9. Can cook 10 fish in the same oil.
