Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp. cane syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss together Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Place in an even layer on prepared pan.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans, and bake until sprouts are tender, about 10 minutes more. Drizzle with cane syrup just before serving.
