Savory Cloverleaf Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, parsley, sage, thyme, salt and garlic powder.

  2. Cut bread dough into 36 (1-inch) pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Dip each ball in butter mixture, coating well. Place 3 balls in each of 12 ungreased muffin cups. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 2 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 375.

  4. Bake until golden brown, 17-20 minutes.
