Citrus and Chile Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. gochujang
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • Sesame seeds and cilantro

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss pork with orange juice, gochujang and garlic salt. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once and basting occasionally, until cooked through, about 12 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
