Ingredients

  • 4 pound beef roast
  • 2 cans beer
  • 2 cans onion soup
  • 2 jiggers bourbon

Directions

  1. Bake roast one hour at 500F

  2. Slice and marinate overnight in beer, soup, and bourbon

  3. Bake 4 hours at 350F
