Feta and Vegetable Rotini Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tricolor rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Directions

  1. TOSS all ingredients in large bowl. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

  2. **Substitute other vegetables as desired. If cherry tomatoes are not available, chop a few plum tomatoes. Or, add chopped red and green pepper in place of cucumber.
