Cranberry Walnut Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups regular old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz. unsweetened almond milk

Directions

  1. Spray the crock with nonstick spray.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, sugar, cranberries, walnuts, baking powder and salt.

  3. Add the egg and milk to the oatmeal mixture and combine well. Pour this into the crock.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
