Cowboy-Mexi Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 14 oz. can chicken broth
  • 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped cooked onion
  • 5 oz. corn kernels
  • 4 oz. diced green chili peppers
  • cheese
  • tortilla strips

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and tortilla chips into crock and stir.

  2. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.

  3. Serve topped with cheese and tortilla strips.
