Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

  3. Roast 15 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup; toss to coat. Roast until Brussels sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes more.
