Crockpot Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 package reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream

Directions

  1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts, can be frozen. Sprinkle with Taco Seasoning. Top with salsa. Place about 4 T flour in a small amount of water. Stir well. Stir the flour mixture into salsa sauce.Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  2. Last half hour of cooking, Stir in 1/4 cup of sour cream heat til warm.
