Veggie Dip Pizza

  • 2 8-oz. packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 oz. package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli, blanched and chilled
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup halved and thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot


  1. Preheat heat oven to 375. Coat a 14-inch round pan with cooking spray.

  2. Unroll dough, separate into pieces, then arrange in a circle on prepared pan. Press dough to edges of pan, then pinch seams together.

  3. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool.

  4. Meanwhile, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, dill, garlic salt, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Spread mixture on cooled crush, then top with remaining ingredients. Chill, covered, at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

  5. **Chop all veggies in food processor for smaller pieces.
