Ranch Roasted Green Beans and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 lb. ground beans, trimmed
  • 1 oz. package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until coated. Place in an even layer on prepared pan.

  3. Bake until tender, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
