Carrot Cake/ Robin

Ingredients

  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C salad oil
  • 3 t cinnamon
  • allspice
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 3 C grated raw carrots
  • Frosting
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1-8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 C chopped nuts

Directions

  1. grate carrots

  2. Sift together dry ingredients

  3. Beat liquid ingredients

  4. Add in dry ingredients

  5. Add carrots

  6. 3 layers bake

  7. 325 degrees for 30 minutes
