Nacho Cheese Chili

Ingredients

  • Classic Chili (See recipe)
  • 2 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Make Classic Chili, omitting the bell pepper and oregano. Add olives to the finished chili. Microwave the Velveeta with salsa until smooth. Top each serving with tortilla chips, the cheese sauce, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
