Yorkshire pudding

Hot and crusty, most Americans call these popovers, but at our house, it’s Yorkshire Pudding. Serve with roast beef and gravy – yum.

Cook time: 30 minutes


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • oil


  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F.

  2. Put 1 tsp oil in muffin tin and heat the oil til almost smoking.

  3. While the oil heats, mix the ingredients til smooth.

  4. Fill muffin cups about 1/3 to 1/2 full.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
