Base Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh fruit or vegetables and/or cooked frozen veggies
  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp honey or to taste

Directions

  1. Blend fruit and/or veggies, juice, banana, yogurt, ice, and honey in a blender until smooth, at least 3 minutes.

  2. Other Smart blends:

  3. peach+yellow delicious apple+yellow bell pepper+pineapple juice

  4. orange bell pepper+mango+carrot juice

  5. celery+cucumber+zucchini

  6. avocado+frozen peas+apple juice

  7. Raspberries+blackberries+strawberries+red bell pepper+grape juice
