Pork Chops with Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chops in butter over medium heat until meat juices run clear; remove and keep warm.

  2. Combine flour and milk until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with chops.
