Bake Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/4" strips
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Soak potatoes for 10 min in cold water. Drain well and blot dry with

  3. paper towels.

  4. Toss together with rest of ingredients and bake for 25 minutes,

  5. tossing occassionally, or until golden brown.
