Pepper’s Red-Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Toasted Thai red chile powder
  • 2 tbsp. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Toasted Rice Powder (see recipe)
  • 10 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chile powder and hot water. Stir in the fish sauce and toasted rice powder. Squeeze in the pulp f the tomatoes (discard the skins) and stir together. The sauce will keep in the fridge for a week or so.
