Zesty Peach Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can lite sliced peaches, drained
  • 14 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1/3 cup stone-ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Pat peaches dry with paper towels; finely chop.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together peaches, ketchup, mustard and ground red pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Stir in basil just before serving.
