Pulled Pork Texas Toast Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. boneless pork country-style ribs
  • 14 oz. can beef broth
  • 18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
  • 10 slices Texas toast, buttered and toasted
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Put ribs and broth into a slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Discard juices.

  2. Return pork to slow cooker; stir in barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH until heated through, about 30 minutes.

  3. Serve pork on Texas toast, topped with pickles and crushed red pepper.
