Tomatillo Chicken Tot-chos

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. frozen tots
  • 2 tsp fajita seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup tomatillo salsa
  • Crumbled Cotija cheese
  • Sliced radishes
  • Diced onion

Directions

  1. Toss tots with fajita seasoning. Spread tots on baking sheet and bake at 450 until golden and crisp, 30-35 minutes.

  2. Top with shredded Monterey jack and continue baking until melted, 1 more minute. Warm chicken with tomatillo salsa; spoon over the tots and sprinkle with Cotija, radishes and onion.
