Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • Vegetables, crackers and tortilla chips, to serve
  • Garnish: chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a slow cooker, stir together chicken, Cheddar, cream cheese, onion, hot sauce, ranch seasoning and garlic. Cover and cook on LOW until bubbly, about 2 hours.

  2. Just before serving, stir in parsley. Serve with vegetables, crackers and chips. Garnish with parsley.
