Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Garnish: chopped fresh rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dredge pork chops in cheese mixture, pressing gently to coat.

  3. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops; cook, turning once, until browned, 3-4 minutes per side.

  4. Bake until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Garnish with rosemary.
