Kale-Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut or Greek yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp hulled hemp seed hearts

Directions

  1. In a blender, first blend together the banana, yogurt, and 2 tbsp. of the water. Then blend in the kale, pineapple, ginger, and hemp seeds until smooth. Add the remaining tbsp. water for the desired consistency.
