Lemony Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin, cayenne and oil and process until smooth and creamy. If necessary, add 1 to 2 tbsp. warm water for the desired consistency.
