Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 3 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 14 12 oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tsp wocestershire sauce
  • 1 15 oz pkg mixed vegetables(Yellow green pepper mix)

Directions

  1. Cut meat into 4 serving size pieces, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Brown meat on both sides in hot oil. Transfer to slow cooker. In med bowl stir together tomatoes, paste, and wocstershire and our over meat. Add vegetables and cook for 5 to 6 hours.
