PB&J Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Peanut butter
  • Jam
  • fresh fruit


  1. In a half pint mason jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, raisins and ground cinnamon. Mix well with a fork. Cover with a lid. Place in the fridge overnight. Top with peanut butter, jam and fresh fruit just before serving.
