Pizza Fondue

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups frozen fire-roasted corn
  • 24 oz. jar red pasta sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded pepper Jack
  • 11 oz. pkg. refrigerated breadsticks
  • Pizza seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cook ground beef in a large cast-iron skillet until no longer pink. Add corn and pasta sauce. Bring to a boil, then stir in pepper Jack cheese. Unroll breadsticks and loosely weave on top of filling. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
