Ingredients

  • 1/2 C flour with dash lemon pepper, salt, 1/8t garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 sleeve saltines, crushe

Directions

  1. Dip fish into

  2. Flour then egg then crushed crackers

  3. Fry 375 deg in canola oil
