Pie crust

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 & 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 6-8 tablespoons cold water

Directions

  1. 1- Sift flour and salt together

  2. 2- Cut in shortening with pastry blender

  3. 3-Add water, using only a small portion at a time

  4. 4- Refrigerate at least an hour before rolling
