Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 1 1/2 cups milk divided
- 2 table flour
- 2-3 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tea salt
- 1/4 tea powdered mustard
- pinch of paprika
- 1/2 cup parm cheese
- can add extras if you want
Directions

cook pasta and set aside

warm 1 cup of milk
-
place remaining 1/2 cup milk and flour in bowl and whisk

when you see steam add the milk flour mix

whisk til thick
-
turn heat on low and mix cheese into the milk

add salt and mustard
-
add extras
-
mix in pasta
-
add parm cheese on top to serve
