Carrot Cake Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Store in a quart-sized bag or container

  2. kes one 13.×9 in cake.

  3. To keep the pecans nice and fresh, consider storing in the freezer.

  4. Add 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 3 cups grated carrots, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour into a greased 13×9 in. baking pan
  6. bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 40-50 min.
