Ingredients

• 1 lbs butter
• 4 cups flour
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• Powdered sugar for topping
• Cream Cheese filling
• 4oz cream cheese
• 2 T sugar
• 1 t vanilla extract

Directions

1. Soften butter

2. Flour and ice cream in large mixing bowl, add butter

3. Refrigerate 30 minutes

4. Preheat oven 350

5. Take handfuls of mixture and knead dough into balls and roll out on flour area

6. Use round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter to cut out dough

7. Place on cookie sheet and place thumbprint in each cookie

8. Fill thumbprint with selected SOLO fillings

9. Bake 12-15 minutes

10. Cool cookies

11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
