Smoked Chicken with Alabama White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1/2 cup whole buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Smoked chicken, to serve

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, Dijon, horseradish, garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving or for up to 1 week. Serve with smoked chicken.
