healthy chocolate morning muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 7/8 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tea baking soda
  • 1 tea baking powder
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup grape-seed oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tea apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tea vanilla

Directions

  1. preheat 400

  2. grease 12 muffin cups or line them

  3. whick chocolate chips, sugars, flour cocoa powder, soda, powder, and salt

  4. whisk milk, oil, applesauce, eggs, vinegar and vanilla in a seperate bowl.

  5. stir into flour mix til batter is combined.

  6. spoon into muffin cups 3/4 of the way

  7. bake for 20-25 min
