homemade chicken pot pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 1/2 cups homemade gravy
  • 4 ready made pie crust
  • 16 oz bag frozen hash-browns
  • 12 oz frozen peas and carrots combo
  • 1/4 cup onion diced small optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. preheat oven 350

  2. take pie crusts of of pack

  3. mix together in a bowl the shredded chicken, hash browns, peas and carrots and the onion and gravy

  4. add salt nd pepper

  5. add pot poe ingredients into pie crust and add the top layer of crust

  6. poke holes in the top

  7. cover and freeze if you want to freeze or place in oven and cook for 35-45 min

  8. to cook from frozen thaw in fridge and bake later that night at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
