Caribbean Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp Scotch bonnet hot sauce

Directions

  1. Bring pineapple preserves, vinegar, water, barbecue sauce, molasses, jerk seasoning, soy sauce, ginger, and hot sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Toss with the wings.
