Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 matzo crackers
  • 1/4 cup marinara
  • Garlic salt
  • Oregano
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Directions

  1. Put crackers on a baking sheet. Spread on marinara, then lightly sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Top with mozzarella, tomato, and black olives. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
