Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- 12 crushed Lemonades
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang; coat with cooking spray. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted and smooth. Stir in lemon zest, juice and vanilla. Off the heat, stir in rice cereal, Lemonades, and white chocolate chips. Press the mixture into the pan and let set. Cut into pieces.
