Ingredients
- 1 four serving package Jello sugar-free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
- 1 four serving package Jello sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 eight ounce can crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 3/4 cup cool whip lite
- 1/2 cup mlniature marshmallows

In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix, dry gelatin, undrained pineapple, and water over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in frozen strawberries. Place pan on a wire rack and let cool 30 minutes. Whip mixture, using an electric mixer on high, until mixture is fluffy. Stir in cool whip and marshmallows. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and refrigerator at least 10 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
